The monofilament is made from a polymer consisting of glycolide and caprolactone. The gradual loss of tensile strength and complete absorption of Flysorb Mono sutures occurs through hydrolysis.
The purple colour provides adequate visibility.
Indications: all uses of oral surgery, particularly in the case of of tissue grafts, stabilisation of resorbable membranes, as well as in implant surgery, in periodontology and for drainage cuts.
