SCA kit allows sinus elevations to be performed crestally using a minimally invasive, atraumatic technique, minimising the risk of damage to the sinus membrane.
Thanks to the special design of the working part, S-Reamer burs create a bony disc between the burs and the sinus membrane. This avoids direct contact between the burs and the membrane, facilitating safe lifting of the membrane.
