Fly-Oss™

Fly-Oss™ is a biphasic, radiopaque, and biocompatible synthetic bone substitute, composed of 60% made from hydroxyapatite (HA) and 40% made from β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP). This formula balances the medium-slow resorption of HA with the speed and effective osseointegration of ß-TCP, aligning with the biological timings of natural regeneration.

Structural Features

• Granulometry 0.5-1 mm with regular, bevelled geometry (optimal for maxillary sinus augmentation).

• Porosity Dual macro and micro-porous structure. The macroporosity guides cell penetration, while the microporosity increases the contact surface with biological fluids, ensuring stability and excellent handling.
