Implant-prosthetic rehabilitation of the upper lateral sectors represents one of the main challenges of modern dentistry. Indeed, as a consequence of tooth extractions, considerable pneumatisation of the maxillary sinus can often be observed in this region, making it impossible to insert implants. For this reason, it is necessary to perform a sinus floor elevation with simultaneous or delayed implant placement. During the course, minimally invasive methods for sinus floor elevation, both laterally and crestally, will be presented by means of videos and clinical images.

During the Breast Augmentation course there will be a theoretical part in the morning, where, in addition to Dr. Giuliano Garlini, ENT Dr. A. Scotti, a collaborator of Prof. Brusati and reference ENT of Drs. Chiapasco and Testori, will also speak, dealing with the medical-legal and pharmacological aspects of all sinus pathologies. This lecture is always highly appreciated because it describes very useful notions that are rarely dealt with in dentistry, and in the afternoon the practical part, where each participant will be able to perform the technique on models using our SCA Kit.
